Pranayama is more than breath regulation, it is a journey into exploring the subtle vital energies that govern all life in the Universe.
In association with Yoga Therapy Australia, YogaVahini brings you the 2023 series on Pranayama. It is designed to help you take up a regular pranayama practice. From this you will not only enjoy the profound health and physiological benefits that follow, but also gain an experiential understanding of what the important classical yogic texts have to offer on pranayama.
Whilst the whole series is cumulative, each session is also relatively self-contained. So, feel free to join at any time. Past sessions can also be made available on request.
We hope you can join us live, but if you can’t due to time zones or other reasons, don’t worry, all sessions are recorded and we will mail a link for viewing to all registrants shortly after the session concludes.
