Breathing Balance into Emotions

YogaVahini presents a special in-person workshop with Sriram & Angelika Sriram (Anjali) in January 2025!
Based on their book: Natya Yoga

Following the 4-week online workshop on the same topic in June 2025, we bring the long-awaited in-person retreat in Chennai in January 2026 with Anjali and Sriram.

Breathing Balance into Emotions

Program Description: Based on the ideas of Bhāva and Bhāvana in the arts (Nātya Śāstra) and in Yoga (Yoga Sutra) one can deduce the way yoga and the arts resolve the body-mind balance.

How could one come close to detachment in the midst of the dramas of life?

This workshop is a culmination of the online series in July 2025. It is advisable for all participants, old and new, to familiarise themselves with the book Natya Yoga, so that we have common grounds for the exchange.

If you have not attended the workshop in June, we are happy to make the recordings available (for a fee) to prepare for the retreat. (8 sessions of 2.5 hours each)

We would also like you to familiarise yourself with the book, available on Amazon.in, we also have a few copies at YogaVahini centre in Chennai.

Cost of the book Rs.495/-
