YogaVahini offers an advanced course in Ayurveda (Level 2) to all those keen on learning more about this ancient medicine system. The 15-hour course is spread over 10 weeks and each session is for 1.5 hours. We will share the recordings soon after each live session and you can access them for a year after completion of the course.

If you are a yoga teacher or therapist, you can add these hours to your Continuing Education (CE) hours for RYT-300/RYT-500 and IAYT.

You are eligible for this course if you have completed Ayurveda Level 1 conducted by Dr. Padmini (either through YogaVahini or directly with her) or a similar course with an Ayurvedic doctor or institution.
