We are happy to offer the 2nd batch of Ayurveda Level -1 (for Yoga Teachers and Therapists) from January 2023, with Dr. Padmini Ranganathan. 

The 24 hours online course is spread over 4 months, from January till April 2023, with live and recorded sessions covering fundamental topics from Ayurveda that are relevant for Yoga Vaidyas, Yoga Acharyas and anyone interested in studying Ayurveda at a deeper level and bringing this understanding into everyday life. 

This course is a mandatory pre-requisite for Yoga Vaidya.
For Yoga teachers/therapists, these hours can be added as CE hours.

Topics covered:

Introduction to Ayurveda, concepts of rasas, gunas, panchamahabhutas, doshas, dhatus, malas, the indriyas, manas, atma, the vayus, agni and ojas, ahara, vihara, nidra, dinacharya, rtucharya and their relationship to each other as well as their role in health and disease. 

Dr. Padmini Ranganathan is a graduate (BAMS) of Venkatramana  Ayurveda College. She conducts regular seminars and courses for yoga teachers in India and across the world from her clinic in Mysore, India. 

She is passionate about the connection between Yoga and Ayurveda. She has worked in a private clinic and conducted medical camps for 3 years in a rural Ayurveda project in the villages of Madurai.

    4:00 – 6:00 PM IST
  2. Pre-recorded sessions (8 hours)

Recordings of the sessions will be shared for a limited period of time.

Please note that there is an additional fee of  INR 1000 / USD 20 for assessment at the end of the course & issuance of a certificate (optional) upon completion of the course.
