  Testimonials

“Having studied with Saraswathi, I wouldn’t refer to her as just a teacher or trainer or facilitator of Yoga therapy. She made me curious about my learning, made me question and then helped me find answers within myself. Such is her experiential understanding of the subject. She does not insist on leading all the time. She gives us the confidence and plenty of opportunities to lead the class. In her own gentle, non- intrusive way, she has made not just teachers, but trainers and facilitators out of us.”

Mamatha Talluri

This course has opened up the mind in so many ways – crumbled so many of the old beliefs – opened up so many possibilities and so many new ways of thinking.

The whole study was experiential – it was explained in a way that was so relevant to our present day circumstances and to our daily life. The whole atmosphere in class was so accepting and safe that we could speak whatever was on our mind – explore whatever came up and dig deeper until we understood and believed.

I feel blessed to have found this path – my faith in GOD has been re-affirmed .The teachers have been amazing – they walk the talk. I want to thank them for choosing this path, for their generosity, compassion and love. For believing in the power of this path, taking the time and making the effort to spread YOGA the way they do.

Padma Rudraraju,

I found the Yoga Teacher Training with Saraswathi to be a life-changing experience. I had come to the course with an expectation to understand the lessons of Yoga. I got that in a detailed yet simple way. The lessons of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra were taught in a practical manner, so that I could apply them to my day to day life. I also got a lot more - a loving teacher, a supportive group of friends, and a safe environment in which I could be honest about my short-comings. In retrospect, I would say that this is much more than a teacher training course. It's a life training course with the added benefit of becoming an excellent Yoga teacher.
